Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to USA Emergency, for any reason, for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the product is defective, if not the customer pays shipping):

  • Any item from our store in new condition with original packaging and accessories
  • Please note that we can process returns and refunds at our facility only for items purchased directly from USA Emergency If you have purchased an item from one of our vendors please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a return. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 10 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will not be accepted.
  • Please note that we cannot ruturn any food item from our vendors due to governmental regulations in regards to food safety.

Special Exceptions

Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
USA Emergency can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us to arrange for exchange. There may be shipping charge assessed in the event of an exchange.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:

  • Email us to obtain a refund code and a shipping location based on your purchases. Items will not be accepted without the code printed neatly on the front of the returned box or somewhere inside the box. You will be financially responsible for all shipping costs that are returned to you, that do not have this code.
  • Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  • Schedule a pick-up with your mail carrier.
  • Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.

In addition, if your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
