Directions: For each serving of dehydrated green peas, cover 1/4 cup peas with 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer about 15 minutes until tender. Season as desired. For salad, let stand covered with water for 1 hour or until soft. Great in rice dishes, soup, and casseroles.
