Dehydrated Potato Flakes 6 x #10 cans

Directions: For 4 2/3 cup prepared servings: Combine 1/2 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp. butter, 1/2 cup cold milk and 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add 1 1/3 cups potato flakes. Stir gently with fork to moisten, DO NOT WHIP! Let stand for one minute, then stir gently again. Serve with butter, gravy, or sour cream for desired flavor. NOTE: for creamier mashed potatoes, stir in additional hot water or milk

Instant Potato Flakes can be used to make mashed potatoes or add to soups to thicken. Works great as an ingredient to add to bread or roll recipes.
