Churro Mix

(Product label for 50 lb. bag)


Ingredients:

Enriched bleached flour (flour, iron, niacin, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, Folic Acid), salt, vegetable shortening, wheat gluten, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, sugar, natural & artificial flavoring, egg whites, modified food starch, guar gum, mono & diglycerides.




Directions:

Add 10 lbs. Churro Mix
12 lbs. 8 oz. Boiling water
1 lbs. whole eggs (optional)
Mix place mix into bowl add boiling water. Mix 30 seconds on low speed and 1 min on medium speed.
Fry extrude churros into frying screen. Fry churros submerged at 370-375° F for 3 min. Cool, roll in sugar and serve.
