|Add||10 lbs. Churro Mix
12 lbs. 8 oz. Boiling water
1 lbs. whole eggs (optional)
|Mix||place mix into bowl add boiling water. Mix 30 seconds on low speed and 1 min on medium speed.|
|Fry||extrude churros into frying screen. Fry churros submerged at 370-375° F for 3 min. Cool, roll in sugar and serve.|
